Jacob Saul

Owner & Operator

Jacob is the driving force behind Moving Earth Excavation LLC. From estimates and project planning to operating equipment and hands-on labor in the field, he’s involved in every stage of every job. Known for his work ethic, versatility, and commitment to doing things right, Jacob is the glue that holds the operation together. Leading by example and ensuring each project meets the highest standards from start to finish.

Hailee Saul

Co-Owner & Company Administrator

Behind the scenes, Hailee keeps Moving Earth Excavation LLC running smoothly: managing details, supporting clients, and keeping operations organized. Often by her side are her and Jacob’s two daughters, who proudly help check the mail, clean the office, and even sit in on bidding conversations. Balancing business ownership and motherhood, Hailee brings heart, care, and a strong sense of family into everything she does, helping build a company rooted in community and hard work.

Keith Johnson

Superintendent

With nearly 40 years of hands-on experience in construction and heavy equipment operation, Keith serves as Superintendent. As Hailee’s father, he brings not only deep industry knowledge but also a strong personal investment in the quality and integrity of every project. His leadership in the field ensures jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the high standards our family-owned company stands behind.

Consulting

Greg is the former owner of Moving Earth LLC and continues to work closely with the team as a consultant during the transition. With years of hands-on experience and deep knowledge of the company’s roots, Greg provides guidance and insight to ensure continuity, quality, and a smooth handoff for both clients and crew.
